Masseria Malvindi, offers its guests a complete relaxing stay with the lovely outdoor pool and a delicious breakfast service with km0 products from our gardens and from local artisans of the “Food Pugliese”. To start a wonderful day you need a good breakfast. Therefore we prepare a daily rich buffet with local products: various types of bread, butter and jams, specialties of cheese and cold meats, eggs, fresh fruit, müsli, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee.

Apulian Cooking Class

Apulian Cooking Class is truly an experience that will lead you to discover local recipes: from the typical homemade orecchiette to the traditional Apulian taralli, in short, it will really put your hands in the dough.

Afterwards you can taste taralli and other delicious Apulian products at the table, tasting of orecchiette with brasciole ragout or a classic fresh tomato (for vegetarians), stuffed aubergine and to finish typical dry pastry accompanied by homemade rosoli.

Duration: about 4 hours including tasting.
